AIRPORT PICKUPS: Outside (Curbside) pickup is recommended only if you are familiar with the airport. Otherwise, request an indoor “meet and greet” pickup when you schedule a pickup from all airports.
Please follow the following steps when you land at your destination airport.
INSIDE (LUGGAGE CLAIM AREA) PICKUP/”Meet and Greet”:
For your satisfaction and convenience, we always offer “meet and greet” service upon request. Fare does not include “meet and greet” and parking fees. Please use the following steps for your pickup when you land at your destination airport:
Our Chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area on the lower level. Your name will be written on a sign carried by the Chauffer.
Waiting time will start to begin after 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flight after arrival time. If you can’t locate with your Chauffer, please call or text us at 847.808.0065 and tell us your exact location. Your Chauffer will be with you very shortly with your name on a sign. From there, your Chauffeur will escort to the vehicle to transport you in comfort and safety to your destination.
International Flights: You will be greeted at the waiting area after Customs with your contact name posted on a sign.
Please do not leave the airport without calling. This will result in a no-show charge equal to 100% of the total cost. A No-Show fee equal to 100% of the total cost-plus parking and waiting time fee will be charged when passengers fail to show. Vehicle will be released, and reservation converted to a No-Show after waiting time.
Inside Pickup Additional Fees: O’Hare Airport: Domestic Flights Parking Fee: $10.00, Inside pickup “meet and greet” service fee: $25.00.
Please make sure to have all your belongings before leaving plane and baggage area.

Curbside pick-up (by the door) is the pick-up type from all Airports unless other arrangements are made. Curbside pickup is free. No parking nor “meet and greet” fee is charge. Please follow the following steps for your pick-up when you land at your destination airport:
